Terms of Use — Klepha

1. The service

Klepha measures and helps improve how websites appear in AI search engines. The service crawls websites you designate, runs prompts against third-party AI engines, analyzes competitors, and produces scores, reports, and recommendations. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Beta status

Klepha is currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued without notice. We make no guarantee of availability during the beta period.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to analyze the websites you add. One person or company per account unless otherwise agreed.

4. Acceptable use

Do not add websites you have no legitimate interest in analyzing.
Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Do not use Klepha to produce spam, deceptive content, or content that violates the policies of the AI engines and platforms it interacts with.

5. Credits

Usage of AI engines through Klepha consumes credits, metered by actual token usage at the rates shown on your Usage page. Credits included with an account or plan have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire if the account is closed. Consumed credits are not refundable.

6. AI-generated results

Scores, answers, analyses, and recommendations are derived from third-party AI systems and automated crawling. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and AI engine behavior changes constantly. Klepha does not guarantee any ranking, citation, visibility, or business outcome. Use your own judgment before acting on recommendations.

7. Your content & data

You retain all rights to your websites and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (crawling your pages, sending prompts and site context to the AI providers you enable, storing results for your account). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Klepha software, design, and brand are owned by Klepha. Reports and analyses generated for your account may be used freely for your own business purposes.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klepha's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (including AI engines and search engines) with respect to your websites.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Common questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@klepha.com. Credits already consumed are not refundable.

Who owns the content Klepha generates for me?

You do. Reports, analyses and articles generated for your account can be used freely for your own business purposes. You also retain all rights to your own websites and data.

Does Klepha guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on third-party engines whose behaviour changes constantly. Klepha guarantees the work and the measurement, not a position.

What are credits and do they expire?

Can I analyse a website I do not own?

Only where you have a legitimate interest, such as competitor research on publicly available pages. Adding sites you have no legitimate interest in analysing is a breach of these terms.
